John Henry Single Malt Whiskey is named in honor of the man who has managed our farm for over 4 decades, John Benjamin Henry. A Jamaican worker who first came to our farm in 1976
Crafted in very small batches, John Henry is double distilled from two-row malted barley, then rested in new oak and aged in our own Applejack barrels for 5 years.
A pleasant balance of malt and smoke, it is an approachable whiskey for connoisseurs and newcomers alike at 42% ABV.
