Growing apples in the Hudson Valley is our heritage, our livelihood, our passion. We started Harvest Spirits Distillery to make better use of surplus cider apples, fruit that would have spoiled on the ground is now made into the finest tasting vodka, using state-of-the-art equipment with 20 years of experience. 

Hudson valley vinegar

Elevating apples to a higher purpose, we produce some of the top-rated balsamic vinegar in America from apple cider. Winner of four international awards, our apple cider vinegar is another way of making better use of surplus apples.

Our winter menu at Harvest Smokehouse changes to feature south Asian noodles, dumplings and bahn mi sandwiches. Located in the adjacent Golden Harvest Farms farm market building.
