While most gin is made from distilled grains, our gin is distinctive because it's made from 100% homegrown Hudson Valley apples, lending a softer, smoother mouthfeel. Core Gin has a soft floral aroma with a subtle juniper berry tang, complemented with the delicate flavors of coriander and lemongrass for a smooth, well-balanced and satisfying finish. Distilled four times and made with just 3 botanicals at 40% ABV. Amazing in cocktails or simply sipping, on the rocks or neat. Gluten-free. No charcoal filtration, no sugar, no additives. 100% Apples.

Jalapeño Hottie 2 oz. Core Gin, 2 oz fresh lime juice, 2 oz jalapeño simple syrup, 2 oz water or soda water To make the jalapeño simple syrup take a cup of hot water, a cup of sugar, mix together, throw in some chopped fresh jalapeños and put it in your fridge to chill down. |
