Core Gin has a soft floral aroma with a subtle juniper berry tang, complemented with the delicate flavors of coriander and lemongrass for a smooth, well-balanced and satisfying finish. 2 oz. Core Gin
2 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz jalapeño simple syrup
2 oz water or soda water
To make the jalapeño simple syrup take a cup of hot water, a cup of sugar, mix together, throw in some chopped fresh jalapeños and put it in your fridge to chill down.
