2 oz. Core Gin
2. oz. Jalapeño Simple Syrup
1 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
3 oz. seltzer water
Make the jalapeño simple syrup, combine 1 cup cane sugar, one cup hot filtered water and a handful of fresh chopped jalapeños, stir and put in refrigerator for 24 hours. Strain out jalapeños after a day or longer is desired.

In a large glass jar, combine Chinchona bark, Gentian root, Woodwood, wild cherry bark, cacao nibs, Elderflower, Parsley Root, Sage, Chamomile, Orange Peel and Hyssop in any proportion you desire. Let sit for 1 week, strain and bottle.
