1 ounce Core Vodka, 1 Ounce Bison Grass vodka, 2 ounces Martinelli's
sparkling apple cider
WISE SAGE
James Frederic Rose, Temple Bar, New York,

Muddle 6 fresh sage leaves, 4 slices of fresh apple, 2 ounce
lemon juice, and 3 teaspoons of fine sugar. Add 4 ounces of
Core Vodka. Shake with ice and strain in a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with slice of apple.
CORJITO
Claudio Fiore, Kane Bar, Berlin
Muddle 4 mint leaves, 2 teaspoons fine sugar and
splash of soda water. Add one fresh lime and 3 ounces of Core
Vodka. Shake with ice. Serve in highball glass with ice, topped
with soda water.
GINGER ROGERS

1 teaspoon finly chopped fresh ginger, fresh squeezed
juice of half lime, 4 ounces Ried's Jamaican Ginger Brew, 3
ounces Core Vodka. Build in collins glass over ice and garnish
with lime wedge.
BLACK CURRANT LEMONADE
Chris Carbone, Terrapin Restaurant, Rhinebeck,

Mix 2 ounces Core Vodka, juice of 2 fresh lemons,
half ounce of "Currant C" Fresh Currant Nectar and
half ounce of simple syrup or agave nectar. Fill with ice, shake
and serve in a chilled martini glass.
