Years in the making, Cornelius Cherry is made by soaking sweet Bing cherries in our 3-year old Applejack, bringing it down to 35% ABV, then aging an extra year in quarter casks. We source our cherries directly from the grower New York's Niagara region.
Rich black fruit flavors blend into toasted oak and a slightly spiced finish, thanks to the 4 years that went into it, with a robust body that is thick, but not viscous. Excellent in Manhattans and Old Fashions as a replacement for sweet vermouth.

Our double-barrel aged Cornelius Peach is made from fresh picked peaches and nectarines, hand crushed and macerated in our Applejack. A year of soaking and marrying the flavors, and it's filtered and put back into barrels for aging at 30% ABV.
This sweeter brandy gets its full bodied flavor from honest stone fruit with rich flavors of spice and oak from 3 years of total barrel aging. A true fruit spirit. Enjoy with tonic and lime or blend into a Cosmopolitan.
